Margo Moore specializies in both abstract and figurative work, her portfolio includes portraits, paintings, and abstract drawings. Her artistic journey has taken her to numerous international and US-based exhibitions, including the Netherlands, Poland, various shows in Chicago, Florida, and NYC. Currently, Margo’s smaller works can be seen on display at NYPL’s Hamilton Grange through the end of August. In addition to her prolific output as an artist, she is also a dedicated educator, having taught workshops in portrait drawing, mandala creation, and painting in Harlem and beyond. As a librarian, she plays a crucial role in curating art shows at NYPL and within the community, conducting interviews with local artists to amplify their voices and connect them with valuable opportunities and resources, recognizing NYC as the most culturally rich place, she strives to create a thriving artistic hub that benefits the entire community.
