I am interested in the idea that love is omnipresent--in energy, in matter, in the animate and inanimate. In my artistic work, I explore through painting, and other means, my interest in the subatomic, the cellular world, and microorganisms. I usually expose in my works that which is invisible to the human eye, and I find a joy in the idea that everything can be an illusion, where even solidity is simply a frantic and infinite movement of energy. In the subatomic world, things come and go, appear, and disappear, everything is unpredictable and indeterminate. Like love it is fascinating and terrifying at the same time. In my compositions, I intertwine figurative and abstract organic forms using intense and vibrant colors, thereby reflecting the mysteries of matter and energy and my fascination for degeneration and regeneration.
