As a New York City transplant since 2007, I found my artistic home in the vibrant communities of Harlem and the South Bronx. These neighborhoods, with their rich cultural heritage and vibrant energy, deeply inspire my work. The spirit of Harlem, its cultural movements, iconic figures, and architectural landmarks, are woven into the fabric of my creations.

This connection has led to recognition within the community, including being crowned Harlem Fashion Week's Designer of the Year, mentored by Dapper Dan, and winning the Dapper Dan x Puma Next Generation Pic Designer Award. From showcasing my art in local events, graduating from the Harlem Local Vendor Program to creating Columbia University Law School's first logo and fashion line, Harlem has become an inseparable part of my artistic identity.

Harlem's vibrant energy and cultural richness have indelibly shaped my artistic journey. Its influence permeates my practice, from my personal style and language to my creative process. As I continue to evolve as an artist, exploring diverse mediums and themes, Harlem's legacy will remain a guiding force.

Whether consciously or subconsciously, the essence of this iconic neighborhood will forever be woven into the fabric of my work, a testament to the transformative power of place and community.
