Artist Statement

I grew up living in California, where for many years a drought was happening. Learning to conserve water via limiting shower usage, drinking water and seeing brown grass for years made me realize how important the environment was and how we are not promised a beautiful world in 10 years if we don't change how we interact with it.

The world is a beautiful place, from the puddles on the ground that show off reflections to the bugs on the trees, we need to be in the moment and simply enjoy it as the future may be very different.
