I have loved to draw and paint all my life, but it was not until I retired from my work as a psychologist and psychiatric hospital administrator that I had time to return to my hobby.

Because I also love gardening, I was drawn to horticultural illustration, and took classes at the

Brooklyn Botanic Garden and the New York Botanical Garden. I mainly work with graphite, colored pencils and watercolor pencils.

I have also always loved living in Park Slope and want to “age-in-place” here.  My art reflects peaceful subjects drawn from nature and my garden.  I am so pleased that Good Neighbors of Park Slope has so many wonderful artists who have worked together to create art shows in local venues.
